Step 1: Initial enquiry

From your first enquiry, whether by phone or online, a member of
staff will advise you on the products and services we can offer. We will
then arrange to call in and meet you (unless you know exactly what you
need) to complete a site survey and fully assess your requirements.

Step 2: Meeting up

We will advise on the products that best suit your washroom space and
levels of footfall. Our bespoke service will ensure you have the exact
equipment needed - no more, no less and the service frequency you
require to ensure a hygienic washroom.

Step 3: Installation

Once your equipment, service schedule and price has been agreed we
will arrange a date for installation. This could be straight away or at
a later date in line with existing supplier commitments. All products
will be installed to the highest standards and we will endeavour to
cover existing fixings where possible

Step 4: Along the way

A dedicated team member who knows your site inside out will service
your equipment according to the agreed service plan. In between services
they can be contacted directly if a problem occurs. From time to time we
will call up just to make sure you are totally happy with your service
and adjust where necessary.
